Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Addis Ababa to Bale Mountains National Park

Depart Addis Ababa early and drive southeast through Adama, Asella, and Dodola. Enjoy highland views, farmland, and rural scenery along the way. Arrive at Dinsho, the headquarters of Bale Mountains National Park, and take a guided nature walk where you may see mountain nyala, Bohor reedbuck, warthogs, and various bird species.
